SHOW #10 HENRY BOONS WAKEFIELD

The lads that put these shows on are the best. The night is called "on the ride" and they are just music lovers supporting the artists they like. No attitudes or crap just straight up good people. Such a good nght this one. Support these lads, they are called the Fence collective and they're on myspace.

SHOW #9 GREEN NOTE LONDON

We sold out of tickets 2 hrs before the show. Which is amzing seeing as we had no promoter. Just word of mouth and some pretty rad posters. We played with sleepy ed hicks on this show. Check him out at http://www.fredwoodbear.com/

This is me and Ed stoked as owt that we filled the venue and sent em home happy.

SHOW#8 THE GOLDEN LION BRISTOL

We warmed up for Emily Breeze who was pretty damn good. Everyone is mental in Bristol and I liked it. Thanks to Paul for putting on a great show. We were destroyed from the partying in Brighton. That's why Dave looks like this.

DRINKIN JACK AT THE BBC

Me and Dave did a radio session for the Russell Walker show on BBC radio Leeds. We drunk whiskey. They did'nt mind.

THEY DON'T MAKE WOMEN LIKE THEY USED TO

These Edinburgh lasses were the best. Started banging on to me and Dave about Lonnie Donnegan and stuff. Awesome

SHOW #6 THE LITTLE WONDER HARROGATE

This was another really sick show. Thanks to Tom, Rosie and Moz. Unfortunately I drunk a few bottles of bud and forgot to take photos so I only have two from this show. Rosie made us food and it was amazing. Thanks Harrogate lot.

SHOW#5 MONMOUTH WALES

Mike's Mum is ace. She hooked up this amzing show in a beautiful old theatre and cooked us all dinner. In fact his whle family is ace. This was amazing

SERIOUS SAM IN THE STUDIO

I wanted to record some new stuff and had a day off from the tour. I got Pistol Pete Carlill to lay down some lap steel on a couple of country numbers I've been working on. Pretty damn stoked on how it sounded.

Pistol Pete

Atko does my recording. We ate some goddam pizza like a couple of white boys.

SHOW #3 FOX AND DUCK SHEFFIELD

This was one hell of a show. All three of us played good tonight and the crowd seemed really juiced on it. Thanks to Simon Jenkins from cool as folk for a sick show. We were late because Dave had to pick up copies of his brand new CD. We made it to DHL 1 minute before it closed.

They put up star spangled banners for us

This was a really packed gig. Played with Dr Bulter's Hatstand medicine band who put on a damn good show. Massive 7ft ming vases on stage with big juicy sunflowers in em.

Thanks to Sean from What the folk? and also Johnny and Lora from Your Mama's Cooking for making this a great night.

Dave's family paid a surprise visit. How do you like them apples? My brother Jo and his Girlfriend Rachel came too. I knew thet were coming. Stoked.

Mike sung "Come my little Roving Sailor" with his sister. It was beautiful.

BEST POP EVER

SHOW #1 CANNON'S GAIT, EDINBURGH

Me and Dave were stoked to be in Scotland. We drove around, got lost and then met up with our friend Jess who put us up for the night. Jess lives with a Ninja so me and dave spa'd for a bit with his punch pads to warm up for the show. I made some pretty suggestive comments and we set off for the show. This is Nick who put us on in Edinburgh. He is the nicest guy ever, we talked about how punk rock is'nt what it used to be.

Thanks Nick your a beast

Everything in Edinburgh has a red neon sign. Even chippys. Dave got a deep fried cheeseburger. The cheese was fried into the batter. Gnarly.
